3. Account and Eligibility

• You must be 18+ to purchase.
• You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential.
• One subscription is limited to the device count included in your plan.
• Sharing logins beyond your plan is prohibited and may result in suspension.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

• All plans are prepaid for the selected duration.
• Prices are shown in GBP unless stated otherwise.
• Payments are processed securely through the payment methods shown at checkout.
• Subscriptions expire at the end of the purchased term.
• If a free trial is offered, it is provided before purchase so you can test compatibility.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to misuse the service. This includes the following:

• Reselling, restreaming, or rebroadcasting our service.
• Sharing your account publicly or on forums.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or overload our servers.
• Using the service in violation of applicable laws or platform rules.

Violation of this policy may result in immediate termination without refund.

6. Service Availability

We aim to provide a reliable service, but availability may be affected by your ISP, device, app, or third-party broadcaster changes. We provide support to help resolve issues where possible.

7. Refunds and Cancellations

10. Limitation of Liability

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or abuse. Upon termination, your access will stop and no refund will be due unless required by law or stated policy.

We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last Updated" date will be revised. Continued use of the site or service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law
